As a social worker and consultant I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to my work. My journey as a transracial/international adoptee has deeply shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and resilience, informing the compassionate and insightful approach I offer to individuals and families within the adoption constellation.

Since 2006, I've dedicated my career to supporting all members of the adoption constellation through complex challenges, fostering connection, healing, and growth. My passion lies in empowering others to navigate their unique stories with strength and clarity. Beyond my professional practice, I'm also a dance teacher, finding joy and expression in movement, which further enriches my holistic perspective on well-being and personal development. I believe in the power of creative outlets to foster self-discovery and confidence.
